Just in time for Halloween, our own STEVEN COJOCARU is here to tell you who looks great and who looks ghoulish! As usual, Cojo is counting down the best and worst star looks of the week with some fun shout-outs for his celebrity pals. "Who's worn what this week! What's too tight? Whose skin is hanging out? Let's just get to it!" he exclaims. Believe it or not, Cojo has a surprise for all you junior fashion critics. What could it be? "Look at this, I've got something nice to say this Friday!" he enthuses. "Someone who's got my, 'Wow, wow, eyes bulging out of my head' award. DREW BARRYMORE! Drew has really pulled it together. You know, she used to wear ponchos and construction boots, she used to look like Pocahontas. Now she looks like a woman! She looks very chic, very sharp.
